Connection and OAuth help
Use the subject BIA Edge connection help. Include the AI client you are using, whether the problem occurs before or after sign-in, the approximate time of the attempt with your time zone, and a redacted copy of the error message. If your access email may not be approved, identify that email address in the message.
Start with the connection instructions. Do not email a password, API key, access token, authorization code, session cookie, or private configuration file.
Privacy and record requests
Use the subject BIA Edge privacy request for a privacy question or a request concerning review, correction, or deletion of personal information or account records. State the request and the email address associated with BIA Edge. Additional verification may be requested before account information is disclosed or changed.
Do not include client names, A-numbers, receipt numbers, passport numbers, dates of birth, or other confidential identifiers. See the Privacy Policy for BIA Edge’s data-handling terms.
Security reports
Use the subject BIA Edge security report. Identify the affected URL or feature, describe the observed behavior and reproducible steps, and include the approximate time with your time zone. Remove credentials, tokens, client information, and confidential identifiers from screenshots, logs, and examples.
Do not test with another user’s account or data, disrupt the service, or send live secrets by email. Review the Security and Confidentiality page for current safeguards and reporting context.
Response
BIA Edge responds to support requests by email. The pilot does not include a guaranteed response time, service-level agreement, or emergency support channel.
