Primary sources — decisions, statutes, regulations, and agency guidance — are public materials, and searching the currently available public library on BIA Edge does not require an account. Individual Claude and ChatGPT connections are self-service and complimentary during the pilot. Private website-account features, API keys, product integrations, and managed organization rollouts remain separately issued.
